[From MTV News] Emma Watson knows a thing or two about "American Talk." Sure, she mastered the accent for her turn as love interest Sam in the big-screen adaptation of Stephen Chbosky's "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," but we here at MTV News like to think we had a hand in educating the Brit on the finer points of the Yankee accent long before.
As you may recall, in late 2010, the cast of "Harry Potter" took a break from Hogwarts to enroll in Josh Horowitz's prestigious language school, otherwise known as "After Hours." Stars Watson, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Tom Felton learned the "right way" to speak, reciting practice phrases such as "the Olive Garden," "Glenn Beck" and "boo-yah." A sequel soon followed, and now Watson, along with "Perks" castmates Logan Lerman and Ezra Miller, is starring in the third installment, "American Talk: When Cultures Collide."
The format of the show had to be modified, however, considering Lerman and Miller are American (that'd be cheating after all!). So this time, while Watson perfected phrases like, "Wassup! Who wants to pick up some Dunkin' Donuts and watch 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians?' " the boys practiced their British accents with such brilliant prose as, "Don't be daft, we have to queue up right now if we're going to see One Direction, Guvnah!"
Check out the video above to see how it panned out and be sure to tune in to MTV tomorrow at 7:56 p.m. ET for an exclusive clip from the movie, followed by a special MTV First interview with the cast on MTV.com at 8 p.m. ET.

According to the latest "Fifty Shades of Grey" casting rumors, the "Harry Potter" actress is once again being talked about for taking on the character of Anastasia Steele. The young and talented actress has been previously linked to a possible casting role before and Emma herself even confirmed that those rumors were not true.
This time, it was Emma who initiated the topic. In an interview with "STV.TV," Emma said that she is flattered with the fans that are rooting for her as Anastasia Steele and the 22-year old actress would certainly want to be considered for the role. However, there is a catch.
Emma Watson stated that she would certainly be far more inclined to take on the role of innocent college graduate Anastasia Steele if "Drive" actor Ryan Gosling is cast as her billionaire love interest Christian Grey. Emma's friend, Nina Dobrev, revealed this news over the weekend.
Ryan Seacrest took to Twitter to confirm this, saying:Â "@EmWatson told me that she'd be more interested in playing Ana in the 'Fifty Shades of Grey' movie if Ryan Gosling were to be Christian. #mugglelove". Do you think Emma Watson would make a perfect Anastasia Steele opposite Ryan Gosling as Christian Grey?

They've been dating since the end of last year, but it would seem Emma Watson has still got her boyfriend well-trained.
After welcoming her beau Will Adamowicz to the Big Apple at the start of the weekend, the couple spent yesterday (Sunday) stocking up on delicacies at New York's Williams Sonoma food store.
But the Harry Potter actress made sure she wasn't doing any heavy-duty carrying and left the big bags to her doting boyfriend.
Gentlemanly: Emma Watson's boyfriend Will Adamowicz carried the bags following the couple's shopping spree yesterday afternoon (Sunday)
Quality time: Emma and Will were enjoying some rare time together as the British actress promotes her new movie The Perks of Being a Wallflower
The 22-year-old star was rocking a causal look for her stroll around the city, pairing ripped turn-up jeans with a simple white vest and a silver crochet-style jumper.
Emma completed her dressed-down ensemble with a pair of flat ballet pumps and dark Ray Ban shades to shelter her eyes from the sun.
And it would seem the pair were enjoying a nice lazy Sunday, with the brunette beauty not appearing to be wearing any make-up as she stepped out in New York.
Loved-up: The couple seemed to be sharing a joke as they enjoyed a stroll in the New York sunshine
Dressed down: Emma Watson kept her weekend look casual in a simple white vest, ripped jeans and a crochet top
Although Emma is currently taking time out of her degree studies to focus on her acting career, she has been fashioning a somewhat studenty look of late.
In contrast to her tight, glam mini dress that she wore on Jimmy Fallon's chat show on Friday, the star was dressed down in jeans and a leather jacket as she stepped out with Will earlier in the day on Sunday.

With her hair left loose and natural and a pair of large dark sunglasses, the English actress was barely recognisable.
No doubt the couple were enjoying spending time together during a gap in her busy work schedule.
Emma is currently promoting her new film The Perks Of Being A Wallflower.
On the go: The couple are enjoying some time together during a break in Emma's busy schedule
The coming-of-age story is based on the 1999 novel of the same name by Stephen Chbosky, which provoked some controversy with its handling of drugs, homosexuality and teen culture.
The story follows Charlie (Logan Lerman), a misfit teenager who arrives at a new High School without friends, any idea how to make them.
He is taken under the wing of senior student, free-spirited Sam (Emma) and her stepbrother Patrick (Ezra Miller).
Charlie is bewitched by Sam, and she becomes his main love interest, for much of the story an idealised dream figure for the awkward teen.
Low-key: The couple have been quietly dating since the end of last year
Talking about the movie recently, Emma said she is hoping it allows her fans to see a different side to her, rather than her Harry Potter alter-ego Hermione Granger.
She said: 'I hope what Harry Potter fans can see is that I am able to transform, that there are other sides of me that perhaps they haven't seen yet, and that they might allow me a little bit of room.
'Just doing American really is different. People have said to me that they keep forgetting it's me when they see the movie, which for me is more than enough. That's a success in itself for me, really.'
All dressed up: Emma looked glam as she danced with Jimmy Fallon on his chat show on Friday

Enjoying some down time during her hectic schedule, Emma Watson was seen out and about in New York City with her boyfriend Will Adamowicz on Saturday afternoon (September 15).
The 22-year-old actress looked casually chic in black skinny jeans and a leather jacket as she and her beau made trekked about the Big Apple while trying to avoid the pesky shutterbugs.
The weekend outing comes as a welcome break for Miss Watson, who has been busily making the rounds to promote her just-released film, "The Perks of Being A Wallflower."
Last week, Emma premiered the new teen drama in Toronto, Hollywood and NYC while also having shown off her dance skills during a visit to "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon".
As for Watson's new movie, the Stephen Chbosky written and directed tale follows an introvert freshman who is taken under the wings of two seniors who welcome him to the real world.
